Professional Experience
TrafficPartner / iVenture Group
Head of Performance Sales – Oct 2018 – Aug 2020
Senior Sales Manager – Nov 2016 – Oct 2018
Berlin, Germany
Working in TrafficPartner/iVenture Group has provided me with outstanding growth. I had the opportunity to quickly dive into the dating world, both from our Berlin office and attending and speaking at conferences and trade shows around the world.
I have been empowered to develop projects individually, host a workshop for 40+ employees, coach colleagues and acquire a multitude of traffic partners among affiliate networks, media buyers, webmasters and email marketing companies. I have been able to quickly influence the group’s performance, financially, through strong comradery and managing a small team with a hands-on attitude.

Advertiser Sales Manager
Adcash
Barcelona, Spain — Sep 2015 – Oct 2016
At Adcash, I have learned about the digital marketing environment, its opportunities and its loopholes. Negotiating and discussing with people from all parts of the world on a daily basis, I have learned a lot more about CPXs, ROIs, DSP/SSP, OpenRTB and other such acronyms. I have left a legacy of process oriented and objective client acquisition. I also promoted a change in client profile (towards more premium, higher added value brands) and contract length (from one-time buyers to long term accounts).

Independent Consultancy
Berlin, Germany — Jun 2014 – Sep 2015
I have consulted start-up firms on sales and marketing strategies, like Immigrant Spirit GmbH, where my 9-months part-time dedication generated a boost in clients’ portfolio and repeated customer cases. I wrote a book (Train of People, available on Amazon). I learned what I am good at but, most importantly, I learned that the uncertainty of the freelancer life is not for me. Still, I loved not having a set routine.

International Consultant
Brazil Business Reports
Frankfurt, Oslo, Seoul, Stockholm, Toronto, New York City — Apr 2013 – May 2014
Connecting with wildly different people on a daily basis, I learned that everyone is unique. One meeting gives you experience in following negotiations, but you can always be surprised. In total, I have held over 500 interviews/meetings in Asia, Europe, North and South America. I have mastered my relationship building skills while promoting a positive impact in multinational companies and public institutions’ international communication. As we worked remotely around the world and I had to manage activities from teams in different time zones, this job taught me to be a meticulous planner and to work independently.

Co-Founder
Links & Co.
Curitiba, Brazil — Aug 2012 – Mar 2013
Intermediating business between companies is necessary: you always know someone that knows someone that can solve your problems. With this in mind, my business partner and I pushed boundaries and tried promoting a shift in Curitiba’s business relationships. As a concept, it was great. In practice, it required more capital and time, which we did not have. I learned that opening a business is tough: it takes a village, but one can only succeed if they show perseverance and good will.

Earlier Experience
Economic and Agribusiness Analyst
Sao Paulo, Brazil — 2006 – 2012
I had a fast growing career as an economics analyst, leading Rosenberg to the top of Agencia Estado´s ranking of economic indexes forecasts and to multiple entrances in the Central Bank’s Top Five. I have innovated in agribusiness analysis at Informa Economics Brazil with econometric prediction models. Most importantly, I have learned a lot about the consultancy and research world. I have developed great analytical skills, which serve me well in every position to date.
